Acceptable family room, on two levels.
The cleaning was not thorough for a 4-star hotel: the baseboards had a bit of dust, there was no bag in the bathroom garbage can, and no lid.
No minibar.
Spa: To access it, you pass through the restaurant; there's no changing room, but you have to change in a bathroom, without any hangers, and with your clothes and shoes in hand, you enter a pool. Then you return from the restaurant, wet and with a towel.

Breakfast was poor.

They also misspelled my last name on the invoice; after several attempts to correct it, they told me it would be emailed to me in 20 minutes. After four days and several requests from me, still nothing. And no response.
Terrible service.

Paul is a fantastic host! He's like a character from a movie. We really wanted to have a few drinks with him haha ​​:)

Fantastic hotel, a truly warm welcome, a superb hostess who served meals perfectly, incredibly energetic – I take my hat off to her for being so efficient and always smiling. A magnificent, spacious room with every comfort, and the added bonus of a large indoor pool. And a truly delicious breakfast. I highly recommend it.
